ASIIS and the Child Care Module

ASIIS - Arizona State Immunization Information System

ASIIS is an electronic registry that houses children's immunization records. This system is helpful for doctors, parents and also child care providers. Keeping track of immunizations is healthy for our children, the child care center and our community.

Getting started with ASIIS is as easy as 1, 2, 3....

	ASIIS is free to enroll. Go to www.asiis.state.az.us/ or call 602-364-3899 (toll free 877-491-5741) and get started today!
	ASIIS is easy to use. The system is web based so you can access it from any computer that has an internet connection. As each child receives an immunization from his or her healthcare provider, that information is entered into ASIIS. When you then log into ASIIS, you can pull a report that lists the immunizatinos for each of your students. This report can be used for the required immunization information for your files and also to help complete the Immunizatino Data Reports (IDR's).
	As a child care center there are two ways to enroll in ASIIS: 1) ASIIS - this provides access to "view only" your children's ASIIS vaccination record 2) ASIIS Child Care Module -  if you are currently using ASIIS, you can enroll in the Child Care Module. This module offers access to reports, vaccination letters as well as vaccination records.

The child care module will be rolling out during the year 2012. If you are not already using ASIIS, we strongly suggest you call ASIIS and get enrolled today. The system will allow you to check immunizations for the children at your center and will provide familiarity for the module.
