Provider AwarenessCommittee/Survey and Assessment Committee -- Works to ensure that the health care providers of Arizona are fully informed about childhood immunizations. -- Focuses on improving the quality of immunization data in Arizona, including development of a statewide immunization coverage level assessment process that involves both the public and private sector.  

Community Awarenes and Adult Immunization Committee is comprised of a variety of partners and community organizations focused on immunization awareness and education. This committee works to increase community awareness and provide education about childhood and adult immunizations, and to develop strategies to support local, community-based efforts.
