Panel members are healthcare professionals from Arizona who work in the fields of children's health and immunizations and have volunteered to address parents' questions about immunizations.

Ronald Borg, M.D., FAAFP - Private Practice
Ronald Borg is a family physician who has practiced medicine in the Ahwatukee area for over 20 years. Dr. Borg is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Michael Clement, M.D., FAAP - Mountain Park Health Center
Michael Clement has over 30 years experience in pediatric medicine. He is currently a pediatrician at Mountain Park Health Center and clinical lecturer in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Clement is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatricians.

Andie Denious, M.S., R.N. - Arizona Immunization Program Office
Andie Denious has over 20 years experience working with immunizations and immunization issues. She received her B.S. in Nursing from Columbia University and M.S. in Nursing Administration from Arizona State University. Ms. Denious is certified in nursing administration by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In her current position as State Immunization Action Plan Coordinator, she oversees public immunization program activities throughout the state. Past positions include Administrator for the Vaccine Management Center, Coordinator of the state Vaccines for Children Program, and Manager of the Medical Services Unit of the Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program (State administered health care plan for foster children). She also served as Assistant Administrator of the ASU College of Nursing Community Health Services Clinic.

Sean P. Elliott, M.D. - University of Arizona
Andrea Houfek, M.D., FAAP - CIGNA Medical Group
Andrea Houfek currently serves as the pediatric department chair for CIGNA. She has been in pediatric practice since 1987, and has been working specifically with immunization improvement within CIGNA since 1999. Dr. Houfek is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Marc Lato, M.D., FAAFP - Mercy Care Plan
Marc Lato currently serves as Corporate Medical Director for Mercy Care Plan. He has been in family practice for over 25 years. Dr. Lato is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Avein Saaty, M.B.A. - Arizona Association of Community Health Centers
Avein Saaty is the Director of Clinical Programs for the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers, and is responsible for improving delivery of women's and children's health services at twelve community health centers in Arizona. Ms. Saaty served as the Coordinator of Together for Tots Immunization Initiative for four years in both Arizona and Ohio. She worked for two years educating providers in Ohio about immunization delivery and vaccine-preventable diseases.
