Resource Materials for Providers

TAPI provides numerous education resources to the community. Many of these items are available in PDF form. You can select from the available PDF files below and download then at your convenience.

If you are with a providers office or a community organization and would like immunization resources for your office, you may order a limited number of materials and have them sent directly to you. Our material cost is supported by our general budget so we ask that you limit your yearly request to 500 per item. If you are interested in co-branding and/or more customized items and supporting TAPI's printing cost, please contact us.

Please place the number you are requesting in the Quantity Box (if you would like 50 postcards, place 50 in the Quantitiy Box). You will then need to click the Update Box prior to moving on to your next order item or prior to check out.
